01
What information does this site collect?
The only personal information this site collects is what you enter in the visit request form, such as your name, phone number, county and any note you add.
The company that hosts this site receives basic technical data such as IP addresses when pages are delivered. We do not use that data to identify visitors.
02
How are form submissions handled?
The visit request form runs on Netlify Forms. When you submit it, Netlify stores the submission and makes it available to the office through the Netlify dashboard and email notifications.
Netlify checks submissions for spam using a service called Akismet before they reach us. We read each submission to call or email you back about your request.
03
Does this site use analytics?
If analytics are turned on for this site, they count visits in aggregate, such as which pages are viewed and how visitors arrived. We use those counts to see which pages people read. We do not use analytics to identify individual visitors, and this site does not run advertising trackers.
04
Who sees the information I send?
Julian Doby and the staff at Julian Doby Law see form submissions. The companies that host the site and run the form process the data on our behalf. We do not sell your information or give it to anyone for their own marketing.
05
How long is my information kept?
Netlify stores form submissions in its database, and the office can delete them permanently. We delete submissions from the form system once they are no longer needed to respond to the request. If you become a client, your information becomes part of the client file and is kept under the office's file practices.
06
Who do I contact about my information?
Contact Julian Doby at julian@juliandobylaw.com or 336-221-8900. You can also write to Julian Doby Law, 110 W. Elm Street, Graham, NC 27253. We will answer questions about what we hold and delete a form submission on request.
Sending the form does not make you a client. The website disclaimer explains how an attorney-client relationship begins.
